When I look in the mirror I…

See a boy full of wonder and eyes full of glee.

I see a reflection at 30 with bloodshot eyes asking,

” What is happening to me?”

I see my present state staring back at the man who has

Stumbled and failed,

Succeeded and jailed

Fought back and prevailed.

When I look in the mirror I see a reflection of

Good days

And

Bad,

Times I have conquered

And

Troubles I have

Had

I see a man with many life lessons willing to be passed on

I smile at the reflection and think

“It’s good2begone”
