Here is my version of another Christmas classic.
Please feel free to song along….
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, of all the stores, why is it with you I start.
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, of all the stores, why is it with you I start.
I come to you to save my plight, but the crowds give me a fright
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, of all the stores, why is it with you I start.
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, your smiley face it taunts me.
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, your smiley face it taunts me.
Your customers shop in pajamas and the spandex its appalling.
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, your smiley face it taunts me.
You lure me in with sales delight, but distract me with the redneck sights
Oh Walmart, Oh Walmart, of all the stores, why is it with you I start.

Walmart the Saturday before Christmas.? NFW
I live in a one horse town…..and the horse is owned by the Sam Walton family..
Hilarious! I love the poem! I’m a one horse town too, but Oliver owns ours. Sam Walton’s is a 30 minute drive from home. Hope your trauma has subsided from the experience!
It will pass until the next time I venture through the doors. At least it provides a memorable experience!
Great perspective…isn’t life all about the memorable experiences?
Every experience good or bad needs to be remembered. It defines who we are.
Well said. We wouldn’t be who we are if we didn’t walk the path behind us. And the fun thing is now we know we can choose our future path to make it a much easier drive than the past was…
